Depression and Anxiety Therapy

Dealing with these issues in a difficult time can leave you hopeless and fearful of where to turn.  Learn to dream a new dream.

If you have depression or manic depression, you know how you feel. You can write your own description of what it is like for you. The medical perspective of these issues describe the symptoms as follows:

• Depressed mood most of the day
• Diminished interest or pleasure in most activities
• Significant weight gain or loss
• Trouble sleeping or sleeping too much
• Restlessness
• Fatigue or loss of energy nearly every day
• Feelings of worthlessness
• Thoughts of death

Often depression and/or anxiety starts off with some type of adjustment and if left untreated can get worse. Please call me for an appointment so that I might help you with these issues.
